Long Winter Shadows.

A glorious but cold day. The sun appeared and melted the ice on the paths, so I went for a walk by the river Cam. It was very quiet and not a swan or duck to be seen. Just a few joggers and dog walkers. I waited on the footbridge for a while, but there were no boats either, only those moored. Average temperature today was 5%C
