Wreath
Apologies for being such a bad blipper at the moment but a lot is going on. The new laptop has finally arrived and Himself has been a hero and spent most of the day setting it up and retrieving all the things I need to keep me happy. Quite tricky as we have rather different working methods! (and some of us have an awful lot of images!)
I've managed to upload an image, find it on the computer and get it on Blip so all good. This was taken in Skibbereen and I rather liked the cerise of both the door and the wreath, and the stained glass above. I was reeling in the streets after a very full on Irish lesson - oh dear, it's so hard but Pól is very patient and we do have a laugh.
Terrible weather here - we had the book club bash last night and coming home everything was going on - wind, sleet, rain, mad starrieness and then a couple of very loud bursts of thunder and some spectacular lightening.
Christmas proper starts tomorrow for the sons are coming over together - on the ferry. Things look a lot calmer for tomorrow than goodness but it's an awful long journey from Bristol. They are both here for a fortnight which will be a real treat for it might be sometime before we see son#2 again as New Zealand beckons.
