Parish pump

Another drizzly day. I tried to dash to and from work between showers on my bike and got caught each time and had to hurriedly don my waterproofs. The night is beginning to draw in and I had to find a blip in the deepening gloom. I can see that by the end of the month when the clocks change, my scope for blips will be sadly curtailed. Anyway when I reached the location where I'd planned to photo I discovered a narrow side lane which I'd not seen previously and exploring it I found this pump. It was installed in 1840 by the constables of Castel parish.
