Not sure about these English tarts!

Cousin John has arrived from Washington DC and the first thing he wanted to do was go to the "grocery store". He headed straight for the cake section.... but the gluten free cake section!! Horror of horrors. Since we saw him last year he has had to reduce his gluten intake.

In this shot he has found some gluten free jam tarts that seem to fit the bill after much scrutinising of the ingredients. I was trying to lure him over to the chocolate muffins but he wasn't having any of it.

I am multi tasking at the moment.... uploading my blip whilst cooking dinner. This is not a good idea.... last week I was doing the same and burnt a saucepan :-(
