A helping leg

A lovely morning at Snells today. Mid-morning I went down the steps to Southend of Snells Beach, and was rewarded by seeing a moderately large group of kuaka feeding on the outgoing tide. After walking around the headland to Our Beach, I went up the track and back to the Beach House. 

There I saw a monarch butterfly, and took its photo. The caterpillar only showed up for me, when I was looking at the photos. Not sure that it really needed the help.
