The Morning Flight South
I stopped on my way to work, this morning, to photograph the sunrise.
While snapping away at the colour-show in the slight south-east, I heard the honking of geese taking off from a sheltered bay nearby.
So here we are; a skein of geese flying low past Traprain Law, East Lothian.
Better bigger?
Ironically, I will be journeying south with my family tomorrow, staying with Mum tomorrow night then flying from Manchester to Cuba for a week. (Yessss! *Pumps fist*)
I'll blip when I can but it may not be until I get back, free wi-fi excepting!
PS I asked for a hank of rope to be passed today at work. This may well be the first day of my life in which I have used both the words hank and skein!
