A Mini-blipmeet, but not a Mini-Afternoon Tea

M, B https://www.blipfoto.com/Bom  and I had the pleasure to meet up with fellow blipper JohnRH https://www.blipfoto.com/JohnRH and W for afternoon tea at Morston Hall today.  J and W have been on holiday here for a few days, and so it was great to hear what they’ve been doing and have a catch-up with them.  Tea was a very leisurely, convivial affair, spread over three hours, starting with a mini scotch egg, followed by some delicious sandwiches, scones, cakes and finally a vanilla panna cotta with fresh berries and a cherry sorbet.  It was a real treat to spend the time in such a civilised fashion with our dear friends.
