Split personalities

One of these phones is a total piece of junk and has been since it was new. The other one I can’t really fault - apart from one feature: Siri. It is a waste of time.
Ok Google, on the other hand, is always spot on and understands and answers everything I ask it.
Apart from “ok Google. Why are Samsung phones so shitty?”
It just keeps quiet and shows me search engine results.
