Rocket...

After breakfast I made some honeycomb, which turned out so much better than the batch I ruined yesterday. I dunked some of it in chocolate once it had cooled, then headed into town.

I made my way to Harvey Nicks, for a manicure (my first), which was a gift from a family I used to work for. One glass of champagne and some pretty nails later, I headed out to look for some more presents. A couple of hours in the shops was more than enough and I headed home.

A FaceTime with my brother and one of my nieces (who was off nursery) and then some reading.

By bedtime, I’d already managed to chip one of my nails. I’m rubbish at girling.
