Happy Birthday dear Carol xx

The day started with C getting us tea in bed followed by a session of opening presents before jumping in the shower ready to go out for breakfast. D & N were here at 945 & off we went & had a lovely long fun breakfast which consisted of fresh fruit & yogurt followed by a full English with lashings of coffee & laughs. Having eaten too much we then went & had a look around a couple of shops before returning home at about 1230. A quick freshen up then we went to Nicola's for more coffee & birthday cake. C's friend M came along too despite having had a hip op very recently. Home at 1830 and I'm feeling hungry so a quick snack is the order of the day as some of her friends are on their way round for birthday drinkies and more pressies.

Thanks for all of your kind comments of late and I must apologise for not commenting as often as I should - enjoy the weekend everyone & I will catch up later (girls permitting)
