The Stafftas

Each year at Christmas one of the most eagerly anticipated events is our fabulous (half tongue in cheek/half serious) Staff Awards - and each year the team that put it together excel themselves and set the bar ever higher. Today was no exception.

My cheeks hurt from laughing so much - so funny and clever and inventive - making everyone feel part of it and valued.

After the Awards I reprised my Secret Santa role, before we headed out for dinner at Maison Bleue at Home - the social enterprise restaurant set up by Social Bite. More laughter over great food and great service.

Then I did the sensible thing that all bosses do at Christmas - I left them all to party on...
