Special Day

Today wife and I went to see her mother as we felt we were now free from bugs. As we were both still lacking energy our daughter offered to drive us there which also meant she could spend some time with her Nan. 
Mother-in-law had a fall on Monday whilst out with friends for lunch and ended up in Hospital for three days. She came home yesterday. All this was on top of having a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s a few months ago – a diagnosis that she sees as problems she has with her memory.
We had a very pleasant few hours with her including a lunch she chose. And my contribution to today’s challenge is a shot of a rose that was included in a bouquet we brought with us.
