Uh-oh

A direct quote from babba girl!

One solitary hearing aid. In its short life with us it has already been under the decking at nursery and down the toilet. And now it has no sidekick. The other one lost somewhere between the children's centre, the car and home. The shame I feel is almost too much to bear.

All the raised eyebrows, tuts and questions over lack of supervision I've made over the years as a teacher of the deaf and now the shoe is most certainly on the other foot. And I now know well actually I realised when I became a parent that you can't watch them every second and you can't stop them from losing things.... But today that doesn't make me feel any better :(
