A Schoolmarm by Her Schoolhouse

It is THAT time of year for me again. Instead of being an outside walker...I become an inside stalker. I slink upstairs with my camera, and try to stay out of the bird's sightlines.

I have this new schoolhouse feeder, and my stepladder feeder is loaded, too.

This picture was taken through the glass, but after a while, I cracked the glass open.

The white backdrop is pure snow. I think we ended up with 8-10 inches of the white stuff. I know some of you like it and want some...but I could do without it.
