It is Mum's birthday, and the day of the Christmas party at her care home.
She enjoyed opening her cards and presents (with a bit of help). She stayed in quite a positive mood, and actually had a little sing along with the entertainer, (sometimes she covers her ears and shuts her eyes). Today she thought it was her 48th birthday, not her 84. and so we went along with that. Lin and Steve came too, and we stayed for afternoon tea and then supper too. The care home staff had worked really hard making it a nice afternoon. It is sad to see Jeanie is losing her mobility and needing to use the wheelchair more and more.
