Baking on a Thursday seems to be becoming my thing! This is a skinny Minnie version of blueberry cupcakes with a lemon drizzle on the top- I tell u for 90 odd calories they ain't bad! ;) one in the lunch box tomorrow me thinks!

Sorry for the lazy blips lately, but the weekend is approaching and that means play time!
