And here, they do. If not sunshine, certainly solace at the end of life, and for the bereaved thereafter.

We're lucky in York to have such a wonderful hospice as St Leonard's. J's mum died here a few years ago. It felt like a real privilege to return and observe one of my Leeds students, H, a nurse trainer, run a teaching session.
