Xmas joy

A long sleepless night and a vague memory of an email thread about plans for Christmas dinner for the project I used to volunteer for meant I ended up back there in the morning, before work in the afternoon.

Felt great to reconnect to a community and catch up, a lot has changed but not the welcome both I and our guests received. Grateful however that our own house Christmas dinner won't involve peeling 3kg of sprouts!!
