Three dentist and orthodontist appointments spread throughout the day meant we had some extra time on our hands.
It was a lovely day so we went down to the beach.
I went right up to the water's edge but decided, with another two appointments to go, that getting soaked wouldn't be a good idea.

All were smiling by the end of the day.
