Great Nana Blanchard?

As part of the death if Linda's father we have now inherited a range of heirlooms. Here we see a 1929 embroidery by Great Nana Blanchard...?

It is the exact opposite of my taste yet... it's an heirloom so it adds ... weight? heft? to our house. I feel a sense of responsibility for it even though its from Linda's side of the family.

Hopefully it will hang on our walk for decades to come.
