Friends.

I came home after a long and stressful and emotional day to this parcel in the post. It was sent with a beautiful message from rainbow worm and made me cry. Nice crying. It's a beautiful book- hockneys yorkshire sketchbook. A perfect gift with perfect timing. It has inspired me.
I then feel bad for the uselessness I have become in sending parcels and pick me up gifts as I realised what a difference receiving this made to me and resolve to be a bit better at not just thinking of others, as i do, but acting on these thoughts.
