Today's the day ......................... to press

Will was at a meeting in Manchester last week and while he was there, he visited the Christmas Market in Albert Square.

He brought home a couple of these strings - irresistible with their plump, rose garlic bulbs.  And now that I have perfected my garlic-pressing technique using my new gadget bought back in the summer - I can't wait to start cooking with them ......................
