Watch Where You Step

First, I have to thank everyone for the positive input on my bluebird with a berry shot yesterday.  You really made my day - the photo made it to page one.  Your encouragement keeps me going on this photography adventure. Especially during the cold winter days here now.  

This little bluebird was in that same tree this morning.  These unusual (for here anyway) Castor Aralia trees have yummy berries, but at a price.  They also have thorns on the branches.  This little guy seems to be checking them out, as if contemplating his next move.
