God loves bikes

My first real ride of the year and it nearly killed me lol! Goodbye singlespeed (until the next time); I've ordered some gear cables from CRC :-)

That said I had a great time: it was only going *up*hill that did for me. Going downhill was all good. I flew through rocky descents that I'd previously avoided and managed a couple of drop-offs that had previously eluded me. I have gained no new skill so hats of to Dialled Bikes for the Prince Albert and Marzocchi for the Z1 FRs. Good work chaps.
