A beautiful day

A lovely, but chilly start to the day and still sunny at lunchtime, but so nice to see the sun after yesterday being so grey and wet all day.  The robin was posing for his Blip, maybe the blue tit was too in between foraging.


I managed to speak to the physio today and she will wait for the letter from the consultant and see if she can follow anything up for me, as she understands I don’t want to go on for another six months of pain, and maybe not being fit for the Isles of Scilly next summer, and certainly not fit to enter the triathlons I was planning.
