This is one of those photographs that just pleases me.  The blue sky, the architecture and signage, all those different palms and spiky shapes.  Yep, this makes me happy looking at this.  :-)

Started physical therapy today in the ongoing saga of pain management and shoring up of my crumbling spine.  All the doctors ever want to prescribe is surgery and drugs.  I say no, I keep saying no.  So here I am in PT again.  A new program to address some new symptoms, it'll be hard work but I'm never afraid of that.
