So Close, Yet So Far

Both Alcoves are ready for re-loading with the shite that we took off the old units months ago. The good thing is that there is less shite going back and more shite going to charity. Spent most of today wallpapering, not only this room, but part of the dining room also. The curved corner behind the Chesterfield chair took me a whole roll to get right through the usual stuff like using the tape measure upside down, forgetting to cut off the top on the second strip and ripping the third. If Laura Ashley's profits go up massively at the end of this financial year, this'll be one of the main causes! Got there in the end. All happy in the Tuttle household now. Just the odd touching up with paste, bubble flattening and trimming places with-a-knife-when-dry. A bit of painting is required also. 

The tree, yes the Christmas tree, can now go up. Yippee!

Never enough hours in the day, but thankfully I am off this coming week meaning I do all those "little" jobs that have been on the list for the most of 2017. I shall be expecting a detailed list anytime soon....
