June flowers in December

Gift from one of the ladies today.  They liked the little notebooks and pens  I had bought for them as table presents.
Chicken soup and trifle today as it is the festive season.
We talked about our childhood Christmas experiences.  So many memories!

Had follow up blood test today - not sure if I have increased my salt levels enough since the last one.  Will find out on Friday.
