We went to Melton today. Bought some beautiful fresh vegetables from the farmers' market. Browsed round the other stalls and picked up a lovely slice of polished agate for Jim - he collects stones and similar items. Found a really pretty glass bowl for £2. It's better than I thought it was now I've got it back home and looked at it more. So many interesting stalls. We walked into Melton to the sausage shop and bought cocktail sausages for Christmas Day.

This huge bunch of mistletoe was £1. I persuaded Mr I to get the ladder out and tie it up over the front door after making him a rather good rum cocktail.
