Wellington - from bananas to traffic cones

Outside the Museum of Modern Art in Glasgow is a statue of Wellington.  Despite all the attempts of the City Council, there is always a traffic cone on his head, so they have given up.  For Christmas there is a santa hat on top of the cone.
