On the edge

It was very frosty this morning, so I took the opportunity to photograph some of the ice crystals that had formed on the edges of fallen leaves.
It was so good to have a blip 'in the bag' by lunchtime!! 
Shortest day in 2 days......bring it on! I can't wait for it to be spring again, but in the meantime a 2 week holiday will be much appreciated!
