An early Christmas present

A very nice young woman knocked at our door last night and asked B to help her unload a delivery. She said someone had sent us a bale of hay!!
We’ve spent almost an hour this morning unpacking this rhubarb forcer: Christmas present to me from my son. We did ask his permission to unpack it, and I can’t think how he would have wrapped it.
