Goodbye

One of our oldest friends, who was discovered to have in operable cancer only a few weeks ago, died yesterday.
We often played Scrabble when we met, she was very competitive and liked to win. When her husband Ralph was alive we played as a foursome, he and I would conspire and cheat to make sure she didn't.
