Small but beautifully formed!

It was almost like spring today .. benign weather, temperatures in double figures, sunshine and blue skies. The heavy frost and icy conditions of last week seem a distant memory.

L and I went for a walk in Linn Park where some of the leaf strewn paths were rather damp and muddy.

I spotted this tiny clump of fungi growing beside some very wet moss on an old tree trunk. The tiny fungi reminded me of shiny topped brioche buns .... I know which I would prefer to eat!
