Wind? What wind?

An addition to my very occasional series of weather vanes. It, too, is in Dartmouth, where my last was taken three years ago! (I've just italicised 'very' in my opening sentence.) Another mild day when I noticed that, as well as roses, our forsythia is now coming into flower. Crazy!
