Christmas market

In Edinburgh today for a festive lunch with Flipflop Jr's Granny, followed by a wander through the Christmas Market in Princes Street gardens.  These beautiful glass lampshades caught my eye - a welcome flash of colour on a December day.  The extra shot tickled me because here we have Jenners Department Store, the grand old lady of Princes Street, surrounded by the lurid noise and lights of the modern day fun fair rides.  Edinburgh old and new :-))
