Finally back in matching shoes!

Had what I hope to be my last visit to BGH this morning and was told that I can ditch the walking boot - woohoo!

Got to see my X-ray and how well the break has healed. Wish I'd gotten over my embarrassment and taken a photo of the metal work in my leg - plate & 7 screws.

Hoping to be able to walk without the crutches in a few weeks.

Off to try to remember how to walk...
