Rumpled Beauty

We have at least three Cardinal couples that frequent our backyard every day.  This is one of the Mrs.  I caught her just after she had given herself a shake and was looking all fluffed and a bit disheveled. The males get all the raves for their striking red color, but I am particularly fond of the lovely little females, who are quite striking in their own way. She is better viewed in large.
