Sunrise mist over River Tummel
The sun rises late this time of year in Scotland, and even later in the Straths, where it has to clear the surrounding hills before making an appearance. The temperature has risen suddenly due to the Foehn effect, melting all the snow, but the air is just chill enough to form mist on the river, as the rising sun picks out the tops of the trees
