Humphrey's Bay

My favourite spot on the lake and a perfect place to take the boat to this evening, celebrating Ian's first trip out since April, and a pre-xmas social outing for a group of 14 locals. Some jumped off the roof of the boat for a swim, I stayed dry and was the perfect hostess( yeah right)!!!
The pohutakawa are just coming out and I am picking in the next week we will have an amazing show of red blooms. Most years there are very few flowers but think we are in for a bumper crop this year.
