worth the waiting

So, 2 years ago today I was still to be introduced to the one who calls me Papa. (see additional photograph) Where has the time gone? Her presence radiates my life and the lives of those with whom she comes into contact. There is something infectious about innocence and naiviety. If we allow it, we can also see things from another perspective, our cynical lens on the world can be transformed by the "what if?" and "why not?" questions of youth.
This time of year points back to another child's birth in another place at another time, reminding us that Christmas is child focused. So enjoy your inner child as well and allow her/him free reign to imagine new things!
