When life hands you oranges... make marmalade !!

Well that's exactly what my wonderful daughter did and now we have this tasty homemade treat to enjoy. It's has such a nice fresh orange flavor - nothing bitter. Great !

I'll bet it would be good with coffee (now, that I've kicked the caffeinated morning routine!)
