Window shopping.

We left the house  really early this morning, and went to M & S to do the final food shop.It was quite painless actually, and we went for a coffee afterwards.  As soon as we got home, J put the shopping away, and then he dropped me in town, as I was meeting all the volunteers at Open Church. One of the ladies had made a carrot cake, and it was delicious,washed down with umpteen cups of tea. It was  really nice to meet up with everyone. I then walked to town and had a browse around the shops, for the last time before  Christmas. When I got home, Bob, our next door neighbour, came out to tell us, that  his lady friend had taken a tumble, on their way to the car, after bingo last night, and broken her hip. She is going to be operated on. some time today. I thought that I would have found a better blip today, but nothing much appealed to me.
