All in a muddle

It's what day? Well I new it was Charlottes 21st birthday (She's in Amsterdam celebrating).
I had to make a list, a big list of everything I need to do before Monday.

I forgot to added sausage meat to the stuffing. I'd chopped apple, onions, made bread crumbs, and added herbs, mixed it together, spooned it into a dish, popped it into the freezer, then found the sausage meat in the fridge. What a silly billy - all sorted now.
I had no soft margarine to make mince pies, so I nipped into town and came back with more than I'd gone for. Never mind it'll save me shopping tomorrow.
Tom hasn't been 100% today and has spent most of it sleeping.
