Complicated Result

Latest outcome of regional elections in Catalunya seen on our tv screen in Rio looks like the independents have lost the popular vote (below 50%) but won an absolute majority (a block of conservatives and ant-capitalists, as before).    Citizens look like the biggest party on votes and seats but not able to form a government.
