Dashwood school window

Today was the opening of Dashwood Court. Its a refurbishment of an Edwardian school with a fascinating social history and was brought by an affordable housing provider. I was involved in the land deal-getting the County Council to reduce the cost of the land in return for the provision of some of the units for Learning Disability clients and it was so good to see it complete. This is looking out of a bedroom window in one of the houses across what i think is a lovely area of Banbury. A lot of the residents came and were so excited about moving in. A very happy day.
