Not Waterloo

Having already seen people losing their “stuff” today, I was determined that I would stay in control throughout the Christmas shop. Politeness goes a long way & I went armed with a ready smile and lots of patience. Before you lies my battlefield. It certainly helped that the planned campaign was brought forward by 24 hours because my Carlsberg boss gave me the okay to leave before 12:30. All this done in work time. Result!!
