Bling

A little Christmas bling for Flower Friday.
At the weekend I bought some white lilies, and this gypsophilia with the added sparkle took my eye.
With a few additional sliver decorations this makes my flower arrangement look very Christmasy. ( see extra photo)

Another murky day, but when we had a brief appearance of the sun it felt like Spring!

We bought the fruit and veg. from the farm shop this morning.
Everyone very happy although they were really busy.
We got a superb stem of local grown sprouts.
Some will do for tomorrow and the rest for Christmas Day.

More baking today, including another chocolate log. This time for our younger son and family who are coming to lunch tomorrow.
A combined celebration of Birthday and Christmas, as it is our son’s 45th birthday.
I remember it well, as we both spent Christmas in St Lukes hospital.
