A bit of a curve....

Got the results of the bone marrow biopsy today which showed only minimal improvement, so Tom will need to continue on the same schedule of 7 days of chemo and 3 weeks off.  Needless to say, it was a big disappointment to both of us, as we were both hoping for better news.  Tom was due to start chemo the day after Christmas, but the Dr. said to take the week off and he'd order it to be restarted right after the first of the year.  On the upside, the Dr. said it was okay for us to go to the family Christmas which will help lift Tom's spirits, I'm sure, and help get his mind on something else for a bit! :))
