G&T

This is my take on the gin and tonic tarts going around the interwebs these days. These are FAR superior. Not only do they have lemon/lime curd infused with juniper, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon and orange, but they ALSO are topped with real gin and tonic gel. By the way, forget vodka jelly shots. G&T jelly shots are the way forward.
